The company has completed initial equity investment from their shareholder for their initial transaction of two A321ceo aircraft delivered in December 2017, which have an asset value of US$100 million.
Angelica Shareholders will continue to commit US$500 million in the next five years and its portfolio asset value is predicted to achieve US$2.5 to US$3 billion following their business plan within the next five years.
Joining the aviation leasing community, Angelica will focus on new narrow-body aircraft, especially the new generation aircraft, generating efficient fuel savings for airlines and the aviation industry.
Angelica's business services include: providing sale-leaseback financing, direct financing of commercial loans, portfolio acquisitions and asset management services. They have partnered with industry leaders and consultants, including BNP Paribas, PWC, Santos Dumont, Capita and leading aviation law firms.
