Qashio to establish European Headquarters in Dublin, creating 50 jobs
Qashio to establish European Headquarters

Dublin, Ireland, 26 May 2026 – Qashio, the UAE-founded spend management platform, today announced it is establishing its European Headquarters in Dublin, with plans to create 50 jobs over the next three years to support its growth across Europe. The roles will span sales, marketing, product, software engineering and operations.

The move marks a strategic commitment to a market Qashio views as the premier launchpad for the continent. This expansion, recently celebrated at Investopia in the presence of H.E. Abdullah Bin Touq Al Marri (UAE Minister of Economy) and H.E. Simon Harris (Minister for Finance), underscores the strengthening economic ties between our two nations; a relationship now worth nearly €8 billion in bilateral trade.

Qashio has expanded rapidly in recent years, with Dublin representing the fifth office in the company’s international growth strategy to open in the last 12 months. The Dublin operation will support customers across Europe and strengthen the company’s capacity to deliver spend management and financial technology solutions for businesses operating across borders.

As part of its expansion, Qashio is also developing Qashio Labs in Dublin, an R&D-focused function that will support ongoing platform and product innovation.

Peter Burke, Minister of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment said: “I welcome Qashio’s decision to establish its European Headquarters in Dublin, creating 50 new jobs and further strengthening Ireland’s position as a leading hub for fintech and innovation. This investment reflects the strength of our highly skilled workforce and our attractiveness as a gateway to European markets. It is particularly encouraging to see Qashio’s focus on research and development through Qashio Labs, which will contribute to continued innovation in financial technology. I wish the team every success as they grow their operations in Ireland.”

To lead this expansion, Kevin Gallagher joined Qashio in early 2026 to manage the European HQ. Kevin brings 15+ years of experience working with global leaders, having previously scaled Workday’s commercial presence in Ireland and grown Trulioo’s new business revenue in Europe by over 400%. His deep expertise in scaling operations & building strategic partnerships ensures that while Qashio’s technology is global, our service and market insights remain distinctly local. "Our expansion into Ireland marks a pivotal moment for Qashio. We chose Ireland for its exceptional tech talent and world-class ecosystem, allowing us to build a local presence rooted in security and long-term trust. With the economic landscape remaining unpredictable, businesses in Ireland need reliable tools for resilience and financial control. We are embedding ourselves here to provide the on-the-ground support and value that the market currently lacks."

Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, said: “I warmly welcome Qashio’s decision to establish its European Headquarters in Dublin. This investment is a strong endorsement of Ireland’s attractiveness as a location for innovative, high-growth financial technology companies looking to scale internationally. The creation of 50 jobs will add to our vibrant fintech ecosystem, and I wish the Qashio team every success with this expansion.”
