Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) announces €9m investment in ambitious sitewide upskilling programme

Celebrating over three decades of excellence serving industry, Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is embarking on a significant training programme to further enhance its service offerings to include quality assurance, regulatory affairs, training and consultancy, becoming an organization that delivers comprehensive 360° quality and regulatory solutions to its client partners. 

The €9.9m training programme will see all CLS staff upskilled over the next two years as the company prepares to embark on its next phase of growth. This will involve CLS expanding into new markets including semiconductors, engineering, the green and coastal economy.

Founded in 1994, CLS is the highest-accredited Irish-led contract laboratory. The company is transitioning from a successful medium-sized enterprise to an Irish-led multinational capable of delivering the full suite of strategic solutions that drive client growth, efficiency and effectiveness.

This project is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland.

Galway-based CLS has a proven track record in sample management, testing, validation, training and laboratory resourcing. The company has identified a key opportunity to broaden its service portfolio. By offering end-to-end expertise and resources across quality control, quality assurance, and associated training, regulatory affairs and resourcing. 

CLS is dedicated to providing seamless, integrated support that drives client success, extending from laboratories to manufacturing and production quality-related supports on compliance, systems and site set ups. CLS is now positioned to deliver operational excellence across every stage of its clients’ processes, both onsite and at CLS’ own facilities.

The strategic expansion of CLS aims to meet the evolving needs of industry, while positioning the company for future growth. The groundwork is already in place, with new capabilities and accelerators supported by the training fund driving growth.
