IDA Ireland is an autonomous state sponsored Agency funded through Government grant under the National Development Plan. The Agency reports to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment. IDA Ireland operates under the terms of the Industrial Development Acts 1986 to 2003. IDA Ireland's activities are an integral part of the Irish Government's National Development Plan (2007-2013) - the largest development initiative in the history of the Irish State.
