Dublin, Thursday 27^th October 2011 – Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton TD today welcomed the announcement that Commence Corporation, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) is establishing Commence International in Dublin.  The IDA Ireland client company will create 20 jobs over 2 years as it expands its operations internationally.

Commence International will be responsible for the sales and service of the company’s popular web based CRM software. Commence CRM is targeted at mid-size companies and small enterprises and is a popular alternative to competitive products such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com. Commence CRM is web based and is deployed in a cloud computing environment.

Commence International will be spearheaded by Noel Shannon, a software industry specialist   with more than 30 years of experience and a team of professional sales and support personnel. “Commence CRM is ideal for the European market says Shannon.
