Allianz Worldwide Care announce 50 new jobs

21/07/11

We have 50 new posts to fill, across a range of departments, all of which will be based at our headquarters in Park West, West Dublin.  However, in particular, we would encourage anyone with relevant experience who is fluent in French and those with the appropriate IT experience to get in touch with us.

Claire Cusack, Head of Human Resources at Allianz Worldwide Care

Allianz Worldwide Care has announced a major recruitment drive that will see 50 new positions created in Ireland by the international health insurer.  This means that the company will have created 150 new jobs over the course of the last 12 months.

These new positions will be in the areas of customer service, IT, nurse advisors, finance, marketing and claims. Some of the positions will require language proficiencies such as fluent French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

Based in Dublin, Allianz Worldwide Care, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Allianz Group, specialises in providing international health insurance for employees, individuals and their dependents, wherever they are in the world.

Ron Buchan, CEO of Allianz Worldwide Care
said “The company has experienced significant growth over the past decade and we attribute this to the quality of service we provide, in a business that is hugely client-focused.  We have consistently maintained a client retention rate of 95% or above, and this has been achieved not only by our ability to offer flexible, comprehensive products, but also by our staff; the real assets of our business”.

Ron Buchan explains that rewarding staff for their contribution to the success of the business is central to the ethos of the company.  “We introduced an awards scheme, I make a difference, some years ago to recognise the fact that every person working here makes a positive difference to the client experience, right across the business. Our reputation as an outstanding service provider has enabled us to develop our business and grow our client base. To be in a position to continually grow staffing levels and create a significant number of new positions in the immediate future is truly heartening. We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our award-winning team”.

Claire Cusack, Head of Human Resources at Allianz Worldwide Care
added “We have 50 new posts to fill, across a range of departments, all of which will be based at our headquarters in Park West, West Dublin.  However, in particular, we would encourage anyone with relevant experience who is fluent in French and those with the appropriate IT experience to get in touch with us.”
