
This report provides further evidence of Ireland’s attractiveness for foreign direct investment and follows a strong performance in 2010, which saw increased inward investment into Ireland during the year.

Dublin, IDA Ireland today welcomed a report by National Irish Bank and fDi Intelligence ranking Ireland as the 2nd most attractive country globally for Foreign Direct Investment. The National Irish Bank/fDi Intelligence Investment Performance Monitor revealed that:
Welcoming the report, Barry O’Leary, CEO of IDA Ireland, said, ‘This report provides further evidence of Ireland’s attractiveness for foreign direct investment and follows a strong performance in 2010, which saw increased inward investment into Ireland during the year’.
