IDA’s Ireland site in Ballyadam, Carrigtwohill Co. Cork is approximately 54 hectares (133 acres) in area.

The site is located 16 km (10 miles) east of Cork City Centre and 2 km (1.3miles) from Carrigtwohill town.  The southern boundary of the site is formed primarily by the N25 Cork to Rosslare National Primary Route. The northern boundary is formed by the newly re-opened Cork to Midleton Railway Line.

The site is zoned for large stand-alone high quality industrial development of regional or national economic importance.
