Continuous innovation plays a central role in Ireland’s future as a knowledge-based economy. Recognising this, the Irish Government put in place a national Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation (SSTI) in the 1990s. Following from this significant funding and support are available to fuel innovation across industry, research and education.

This strategy is now paying dividends, fostering a new generation of innovators, supporting exciting collaborative projects and delivering future solutions to the marketplace.
