DTS established a European headquarters in Limerick, Ireland in 2007. DTS Licensing Limited (DLL) serves the European marketplace through the following activities: Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Finance and Engineering.
The Irish operation also manages DTS's global client licensing programs as part of the 2007 restructuring of the DTS global licensing business. A key part of the restructuring plan involved transferring the administration of global licensing management to DLL, whose location, time zone and access to the EU and international markets it was believed would enhance their ability to serve global customers.
