Accenture in Ireland delivers high value added services in consulting, technology and outsourcing. The company employs over 1,000 people serving a prestigious client basis including Irish blue chip companies, local subsidiaries of multi-national corporations and various Government Departments and agencies.

• Customer Contact Centres

  United Parcel Service (UPS) is the world’s largest package-delivery company and a leading global provider of specialised transportation and logistics services. UPS Inc established UPS CSTC Ireland Ltd in 1995, consisting of a multi-lingual customer service contact centre based in Tallaght and a back-office data-processing facility in Ballymount.  This involved the consolidation of 7 European centres.  To date the company employs 650 people in Dublin, 350 in the contact centre and 300 in the shared services centre.
