Boston Scientific in Clonmel employs 700 people and manufactures pacemakers and defibrillators.
Cork
The Cork operation employs 1500 people in their Neurovascular and Urology divisions. In 2009, Boston Scientific in Cork made a large investment in RD&I enhancing the capability of the Cork site for the development of next generation products to treat neurovascular diseases of the brain.
